I am 23 years old and have been at it naturally for a while (4 years). I have consulted with a great friend of mine who competes in physique and also trains. My room mate did a cycle of sust 300 twice a week and saw great results (gained 17 pounds and got very noticable gains).
So after talking to him he said he wanted a tighter feel all around so i said thats what i want.
He sent me this
Sust 300
Tren 100
Twice a week 1cc per each stick
My diet is
Meal 1-5: 35g protein, 50g *carbs
Meal 6: oz steak or salmon and a salad with light dressing
post workout drink of:
35g whey Isolate
50g waxy maize or pop tarts, rice crispies your choice
No cardio.
Is this a good cycle or am i wasting my money. I already purchased but ide like to hear other opinions. Please no doggin on me here im just looking for good seasoned input.
