Hey everyone, I'm new to the site. In the past I worked out quite a bit but let myself get out of shape after a couple years of relative inactivity. In January I was 6'4" and weighed 257 lbs and through hard work and diet have cut down to 227 lbs. I'm kind of hitting the wall a bit and looking for a boost. I don't want to be scammed obviously and don't know where to look. I am reading over the site here and just trying to soak up some information and hopefully find out the answer to my question.
