So, the Adex is working and my E2 has dropped. However, my HCT is up and I donated blood last month.

I'm not sure how much of an impact breaking my 250mg of test a week into 2 doses of 125mg on my HCT. I'm looking for a place where I can get Phlebotomy done. Not much luck in finding a hospital that does this. I see my cardiologist tomorrow.

The plan was to do hcg 500iu and test 125mg X2 a week, with Adex on the following day of the injection. However, my doctor has suggested I either inject twice a month or bring the test down to 125mg a week. I figured 125mg a week would be best of the 2 choices. Would breaking that into 2 injections be a wise choice? For example:

Mon: hcg 500iu, test 65mg, Tue: 0.25mg Adex, Thu: hcg 500iu, test 65mg, Fri: 0.25mg Adex

or

Mon: hcg 500iu, test 125mg, Tue: 0.25mg Adex, Thu: hcg 500iu, test Fri: 0.25mg Adex

b.t.w.
500 iu. E3D is the way to go if u can handle the E2/anxiety sides of higher HCG while on TRT...
anything less than 500 i.u. does nothing for me....

Can you do platelet apheresis where you live? At my blood center you can donate platelets 3 days after donating whole blood and every 7 days thereafter. Each donation takes about 2% off HCT. I lowered my HCT from 53 to 46 in about 2 weeks this way. I now alternate whole blood and platelet donations and it keeps my HCT in check.

It's getting up there...
I wouldn't say not to worry.
Take at least 400 i.u. Vit. E daily and a low dose aspirin daily....
I would donate ASAP though...

I can't donate until May 14th. I'm now registered with the Red Cross and have a members card so I don't have to go through all the red tape (Took forever last time). I'm hoping the lower dose test and hcg will bring it down some. If not, I'll definitely look into other ways of getting my HCT down. Looking back at previous HCT scores (Not really knowing what they were) I've actually gone over quite a few times. However, my doctor (The cardiologist) says there's nothing to worry about now. Apparently in Japan they don't remove blood as they don't have evidence that it helps...which confuses me....but Japan is weird...
