New member: 12 week cutting/diet cycle

300g protien no prob imo.. i like thee protien levels that high

300g protien = 1200 calories.. not that big of a deal in caloric intake
 
This is an updated pic, I am 4 weeks in on my cycle. Pecs seem to rounding up pretty nicely, and shoulders. The obliques, and abs are coming along too. What you all think? My profile pic is when I started btw
 
post up your chest routine.. ur chest is lacking... u are growing nicely though... well done...
 
Ive always thought my chest was lacking to be honest. I cant seem to get it to grow like i want it to. I do chest twice a week currently. I ve tried once a week with the same results. Currently I do upper chest and shoulders on monday. Lower chest and triceps on thursdays.

upper chest:
incline db press- 4 sets including warm up
hammer strengh incline- 3 sets
incline smith machine- 3 sets with deep slow reps
high pulley flyes- 3 sets

Lower chest:
db flat bench: 3 sets
decline bb press: 4 sets
dips with 45lb plate: 3 sets of 15
low pulley flyes
 
Also my back is breaking out pretty bad. It started after my last cycle and hasnt got any better. I scrub with dish detergent in the shower ed, and use clearasil 2% salicycic acid pads, its a little better but not much. I was thinking of getting some accutane, but it seems really expensive. If i go to the dermotologist, should i tell him what im on?

One more question, sorry I havent been on here for a while:
During weeks 5-8 would upping my andropen to 3cc's a week be good or bad? I was advised to, but wanting to see some different opinions.

theres a soap called panoxyl.. u can get it from drug stores like cvs.. it'll fix up that acne...

dish soap? have u lost ur mind??

what intensity are you doing your chest routine? is it heavy? 6 reps? 8-10?
 
u might wanna get your form checked.. are u running your negatives slowly? and exploding on your contractions? are your elbows at a 90 degree angle?? chest is a hard muscle to keep form people tend to put their triceps into it...
 
Reps are 8-10 usually, form seems to be pretty good. Triceps arent really wore out after a chest workout so I guess im not using them too much. Only on the incline smith machine do I really go slow on the neg, and blast up on the contraction
 
hummm.. just keep switching it up every coupla weeks.. switch from dumbells to machine to olympic bar.. keep ur chest guessing...
 
ok thanks, ill try that for my chest. Im going straight to cvs in the am, lol. What do u think about upping my andorpen for those weeks?
