New member, 1st cycle

Hey all! I was just told about this forum by a friend and he said I should join bc discussing anobolics and working out really keeps him driven, so here it goes!

This is my 1st cycle, 22 yrs old, 5'11, 205 lbs, probably around 11-12% bf. I have been lifting for 3 yrs.

-D-bol-40mgs for 5 weeks (nolva on hand in case of gyno signs)
-Test Prop-350 mgs for 10 weeks.

Hoping to put on some nice clean mass!

Any suggestions for first time users would be greatly appreciated

Im super excited and enthusiastic about my first cycle and woudl love toput on a good 15-20 lbs at the end of it all!

Welcome.

Drop the D-Bol. Are you going to be running the Prop at 100mg EOD? If so, you should like the cycle just fine although I would bump the dose up slightly. I would run it at 125mg EOD for a total of 437.5mg/wk.

For ur first cycle I suggest only Test-e 500mg/week for 12 weeks. No d-bol on first run bro. due to the fact u need to see how ur body is gonna react to the Test alone. Prop needs to be injected eod at 100mgs, bein ur ass is still fresh I wouldnt do a short ester on first run jmo. I would stick with a long ester such as Test-e or Cypionate.
 
My suiggestion is teo run test E or C in stead of the test P for your 1st cycle. You will have to do less injections.

I have used test P but I use it to jump start cycles or to add on when a competition gets closer. My last cycle was...

1g Test E EW
100mg test prop EOD or ED
20-40mg Tbol ED

The nice thing about the prop is it is easily adjusted.
 
Or add it to a 1st cycle at the end. Remember on test E you will go two weeks at the end without taking anything before you start PCT>

i agree with biggin he's 100% right im still kind of a newbie im only on my third cycle but my first cycle was test e at 500/wk and let me tell you if you eat right and train good you will easily get that 15 to 20 you want just remember its your first cycle and its always the best :) thats just my opinion good luck
