new member as the going says better late than never

well here I go guys

I am 46
weight 151lbs
17%bf

looking to add a few muscle lbs
some one recommended test 400 with decca 300
but I am am looking for some one to help me in what I should be eating like a meal plan for a skinny dude like myself
I have looked around and there tons of stuff but trying to pick the one for me isn't that easy
not a great excersiser only 5 times a week an hour at a time .
for work I sit on my backside for 8 hours a night in my taxi .
