Been reading awhile and decided to join as I weigh the pro's and con's of trying a cycle.
I'm 35, 5'" 155 around 10% currently. I did competitive strength athletics in the past at 203lbs. Blood work looks good Test is at 631 free at 88. Lipids are extremely good.
I'm not looking to gain more than 5-10lbs here. I'm really interested in increasing my strength levels and increased recovery. I train 6-7 days a week session length varies. I combine Olympic lifting with bodyweight training. Primarily hand balancing and some aerial work, like circus rope or straps.
Right now the consideration is a 12week cycle of Cyp only with nolva PCT.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
