Hi, I used to be on FitnessBoard and FitnessGeared a few years ago. I also used to be a 6' 240 lb. beast, but I let life's excuses intervene and now I'm 220 lbs with half the muscle, twice the fat (i maintained my height, lol). No more! Time to get my fat ass back in shape, and I thank you in advance for all the info here that's going to help me!
