New Member - Should I do my first cycle?

Gday everyone. I am just new to this forum.
I am 30 years old and have been training for about the last 13 years.
Used to be into power training but have trimmed back a bit on the weight and am looking to get cut and increase muscular endurance.

I am 176cm tall and am weighing in at 85kg now, used to be 95 but was carrying too much extra weight. I have never used gear before but some friends had some great results and I think it is about time I cranked it up a notch.

I have been reading some of the excellent information on the site and was thinking about running a 12 week Test cycle for my first ever. Do you guys think I would see some good results or do have any other recomendations?. I am looking to get more vascular and strong. Also have you found that the gear effects your cardio at all?

Guys I welcome any comments or suggestions that you have. Cheers

You look excellent bro, a 12 week cycle of Test E at 500mg a week would amaze you. Make sure you keep an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand for bloat and such.
 
#5, looks like you have built a solid base and your gains on your first cycle will be amazing because of this.

Keep it simple as mentioned above, 4-500mg/wk of Test E or C, have your post cycle therapy (pct) on point and you will see great gains.

To each their own. I'm just glad to finally see someone that has done the research, has a solid base, is the perfect age, and is obviously ready to start a cycle. I don't get to say it very often but YES, YOU SHOULD DO A CYCLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I'm not worried about anything else with you because it seems that your diet and routine are definitely in check.

TEST 1-12wks (split mon/thursday), post cycle therapy (pct) 14-18wks and your ready to go.
 
Also. if you google Cutting and Bulking Cycles you can find a great deal of Pre designed and highly recommended anabolic cycles if your looking to go that route. It is to my understanding that water retension and body fat have alot if not everything to do with how Vascular your are and look. If youre capable, drop your carbs and hit the cardio with Perhaps some CLENBUTEROL(a quick search will help you understand what this compound is) or even a milder fat burner Ephedrine. your legs are quite ripped so i assume your looking for upper body vascularity improval. i would suggest IF you can budget it, go with some Growth hormone. check out for a look at Everything available that could perhaps catch your eye. Number 5 Update

Hey guys, thanks heaps for the info and the feedback. I appreciate it.

The threads on diet have been great and confirmed my current diet routine, I have attached some pics pre and post diet that I have gone on prior to running te upcoming cycle. The only bad thing about the cut up was that my delts melted away as did a bit of my quads which was a pain.

In other news though I might have the opportunity to run a HGH cycle instead of a straight Test one. What do you guys think about that? Is the hype worth it or should I stick with the 12 week Test only?

My intent is to not really get as big as possible because I found when I naturally went over 93kg I was like a keg on legs and it didnt feel the best. I want to get as hard and lean as possible at about 86kg. I am currently 81 after the recent diet down. So I am looking to put on 10 pounds lean.

The "body project" process is extremely fun.. and keeps me extremely motivated while on a cycle.. good luck on your goals!
 
Personally Test is best if your looking to get your size adjusted and up to par Faster than normal. GH truly needs to be respected and used in moderate to semi extreme doses at long Ranges usually from 3-6 iU all the way up to 8iU per day. Which is extremely costly at high dosages especially when cycling for a minimum of 4 months IN MY OPINION. so go with test at 500mg per week for 12 weeks and see how your first cycle goes. Should lean you out nicely. Remember to do some research and check out some POST CYCLE THERAPY protocols located in our forums or anywhere on the internet. Cycle on my friend :)
 
Clen Effects

Hey guys, after the mention of clen the other day and getting cut prior to my first Test cycle I used a little bit 2 days on 2 days off and got shredded very quickly. Of particular note is the vascularity. It went through the roof. I have attachd a pic of my thigh after about one week's worth!

I did feel average for about 3-4 days but after that I got used to the shakes and found myself powering through endurance workouts.

I'll keep you posted.
 
Jealous about your body pix st8 up, go for it period. Bring every muscle of urs in sync.
