New to the site and thought it best to introduce myself and try to meet new people. I have been lifting on and off for almost 10 yrs, but it wasn't until November of 2012 when I decided I wanted to take this seriously. I weighed in at 300 lbs and was 28% BF. I decided that being that big was not a good look and I took matters into my own hands. I currently weigh 234 lbs and am 19% BF 11 months later. I am very proud of what I have accomplished, but am looking to further my progress and get results. My current regimen Is to go to the gym 5x a week no matter what. I have 2 cheat meals saturday and sunday instead of a cheat day. These are also my rest days. I am eating at a 640 calorie deficit my usual intake being 2540 calories 40% protein 30% carbs 30% fats, Cardio I only do if I need to meet my deficit goal and have eaten too much that day which rarely happens lol. Any helpful tips and advice would surely be welcomed. I look forward to meeting folks and getting to know you all.
