Hello, I'm going to start a cycle in a couple months(my first cycle) and would like input from some experienced guys.. what you think about it and maybe how you would tweak it to make it most beneficial. I am 21, 6'0, 195lbs. Ive been training on and off for 7 years. I would like to put on lean muscle and a good bit of mass.
Wk 1-10 Test E -500mg (shot of 250 twice a week)
Wk 1-10 Arimidex -0.5mg daily
Wk 4-10 Anavar -20mg daily
Wk 10-14 Formadrol -4tabs daily
Wk 11-14 Torem which will go 120mg the first three days, 90mg next four days, 60mg for Week 12&13, 30mg Week 14
As I said earlier, this is my first cycle so please give your opinion!
Oh yea, and just we are clear, I am going to form a clean diet while I cycle. Im thinking somewhere around 3500/4000cal a day. Lots of protein and good carbs, along with good fats. Multi v and creatine will be added also.
