new routine... just wonderin what ya'll think about it :)

ok here goes!

Day 1: Chest
5x5 Bench Press
2x12 Incline DB Fly
2x12 Incline DB Press
3xFailure Dips (Regular, or the one where u put ur feet up on one bench and use another bench to dip on)
5x5 Abs (go down until feel most burn, and hold it for 5 seconds)

Day 2: Back
5x5 Deadlift (alternating weeks, switch between straight leg, and regular)
2x12 Bentover barbell rows
2x12 Reverse Grip Pulldowns
15-20 mins of light cardio

Day 3: Shoulders
5x5 Miltary Press
2x12 Lateral Raises
2x12 Rear Delt exercise
5x5 Abs

Day 4: Arms
5x5 Concentrated Bicep Curls
2x8 Preacher Curls
2x8 Skull Crushers
3xFailure Dips
20-30 mins. Cardio

Day 5: Legs
5x5 Squat
2x12 Leg Press
2x12 Leg Curls
2x12 Leg Extensions
5x5 Abs


Days 6 and 7 are off...
I am jsut curious to see what you guys think :)
over training has been a big problem for me in the past and im trying to just get rid of any possibility of it entirely, but its difficult nontheless, it is almost like an addiction :p
