New starter to this. Need help with proper workout and any extra info.

Hey guys. I am 22 years old and am just getting ready to start my first cycle of Cypionate, I am right now sitting at 225lbs and am 6"5. I am looking to get bigger stronger and also i want to lose this unwanted belly i do have. I am looking for any info on what i should do for workouts dosage and anything and everything. Thanks for your time i will keep everyone informed of what i will be doing and how it all comes along.
 
Well I will start about by asking what your prior AAS history is. What is your current diet and training protocol. Also do you feel that AAS is the route at this time you feel you need to take, or can you improve the other areas (diet\training) first?
 
Hey. My diet and workout is in perfect shape. I dont eat anything for junk food and dont have a sweet tooth. My workout that i am doing now is pyramids which i have just switched to before i got sick. I keep getting results from working out till lately where i have hit my block. I havent got much size to me which i do understand being as tall and long as i am. I eat minimum 3 meals a day and have tried all different kinds of gnc or popeyes products. I have talked it over with 2 of the guys i work with at the bar who both are bodybuilders and one is also a pro trainer. I just need to know a few more things about what i should do while using Cypionate besides upping my intake more and i am also going to use a blocker for water and fat. My cardio is 3-4 days a week of about a hr on the tredmill or olypitcal just to keep my cardio up cuz i am about to start back into sports for spring. and my workout days are 4-5 days a week depending on how i decide to switch it up. What can you do to help me? and if you have anylinks feel free to send them to me on here or private message.
