Can you please update your post with the reference ranges for each test? The numbers by themselves don't really tell us anything, as there are different assays and ranges available for some of these tests.

At a glance, it's pretty clear why your numbers are too high. The doses of your testosterone and hCG are pretty high...especially the hCG, which is an astronomically high dose for TRT purposes.

Your doses are a bit high, plan and simple. That HCG dose is astronomical, and I'd argue so is the test dose unless you work your way up to it based on blood work showing you need more.

Thanks.

Definitely confirms what I was saying earlier. The reason that your labs look like this is because your doses are too high. Things will improve once you titrate your doses down.

The dose of hCG that you're using is massive, and unnecessary for maintaining testicular function. There are many who feel that long term use of hCG at such high doses will do more harm than good. Most of us use somewhere between 500-1000IU per week (split into twice weekly injections). Your dose of 5,000IU/week is puzzling to say the least. Any idea why your doctor prescribed so much?

Your dose of testosterone is also on the high end. Not unheard of by any means, but most men don't need nearly that much for adequate replacement of hormone levels. Most of us use 100-150mg per week (split into twice weekly injections).

lol yes Im not sure why they have me on so much hcg, but I feel great but body fat isn't going down. I also have hyperinsilinism, so when I eat simple carbs my body over produces insulin by 10x. So I eat and extremely tight diet.

up the AI dose to lower estrogen, and keep ur diet in check as u said u are doing along with HIIT training. ur fat as fuck atm, even more so than i am. got to lean out.
