Hey there ya'll. I am not only new to this site but new to the Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) in general. I guess I am looking for a little advice and was directed here by a friend. I am a 27 year old female. I am 5'4 and 175. I used to be really heavy into lifting till I got mono about a year and a half ago. I was forced to quit all activity. I would like to cut fat and gain back all my muscle mass but since my illness it has been hard to get started. I am on a proper diet (or at least trying to) and back working out again (jsut not as quickly as i would like to be). I have my masters degree in strength and conditioning as well as sports nutrition. I teach people on a daily basis how to work out and how to get motivated (althoguh not so easy to put into action) so I am all set on the lifting aspect of getting back into shape again. I have been on proviron, winstrol(oral) and andriol before but never had much luck. Not to mention i wasn't all too serious about it either. I am very nieve with anabolics because I never know who or what to believe. I have researched into but everything i tend to find is male based. I want to use a stack of some sort to help me jump start my progress, but I am not sure what to use. When I got sick I was 145 and a size 5. i was PURE muscle and loved the look of it. That is my goal again. Can anyone give me some advice on a proper stack to use that would benifit me and my situation? Or any advice at all?
