new to anabolic steroids i need help!!!!!!!!

im havent done steroids before, but i am thinking about it. if you have any helpful facts or if there is already a thread i should read please send me the link. ill take any info thanks..
 
Research and more research. The most uneducated thing you can do is go into it blind. Also what's your stats? Age bf% calorie intake etc etc

Thats what I did and I changed what was "recommended" by a guy I met at the gym so much that I ended up not doing ANY of the gear he suggested..


Then I read a lot more. Then I read all the stickies on the front page, and dialed my first cycle back to a small cycle of test e..But you need to let us know your stats as requested by previous posters. It is important to know your age, body fat %, workout resume, and general health not to mention you hopes goals for this cycle.. Hell you may decide you want nothing to do with ANY anabolic. But do you freakin homework man or you will wish you had..

im 5'11.. about 200 pounds with like 20% bf. im a chubby kid haha im 20 years old and i have been taking in about 72.7g of protein a day, i am just now getting into bodybuilding, and later on down the road when i hit that plateau, i am more then likely going to turn over to the dark side so i just wanted to read up on the basics and know as much about steroids before i even look at buying some. but then again this wont be until later on down the road, i just want to learn as much as i can
 
Dude your too young! Did u read that part. You don't need gear you need to go grocery shopping. And on the way back hit a buffet.

oh i know i havent even fully grown naturally, im talking i want to learn as much as i can about gear before i even think about it ya know?
 
theres a lot to be learned, but you need to start with diet. without diet all else will eventually fail.

Only 70+grams of protein daily and you weigh 200lbs? You need to quadruple that, seriously.
Go to the Diet forum and search through some of 3J's articles, if you can afford it hire him, you'll transform your body in no time, and in a few years time if you're still interested in juice then you'll have a solid base to build on.
 
i appreciate all of the input, i love this forum. i know this thread i made is all over the place but if you want to be great at something you have to know everything about it in my opinion

He's 200lbs getting about 73g of protein daily. Quadrupling his current intake would put him near the 300g/daily mark. 300g of protein for a 200lb person makes 1.5g of protein per pound, or 1.5 times his bodyweight.
