Been lifting off and on for 20 years, consistent lifting the last 3.5 years.
Not real sure on body fat percentages. I got like a 2 pack going and a little of the ab V.
First Cycle as follows (I am starting week 6)
Weeks 1-10 500mg GP Test E (1ml twice a week)
Weeks 1-10 250mg GP Deca (.5 ml twice a week)
Weeks 1-4 40mg GP Turan per day
Weeks 1-13 .5m GP Anastrozole per day
I have PCT ready to go per sticky article.
Lifting Status Prior to cycle 1RM These are the only ones I have done 1 Rep max one.
Bench 300
Dead lift 500
Squat 365
Strict Curl 159
Strict Shoulder Press 185

So it appears that my testosterone levels are up from my cycle but not real sure how to read the rest of the results. Looking for any feed back or maybe useful links to help me.
