New to using...

Okay about a year ago someone suggested I take Winstrol in pill form. I was taking half a pill for the first week and the second week a whole pill. Then I started to break out really bad on the shoulders and on the forhead. To top it off I started retaining a lot of water to the point a looked really swollen. So I stopped. I was getting results but I was just not feeling right. It's a year later and I am working out vigorously but I really want to start some kind of cycle. I am weighing 133lbs right now and my body fat just doesn't seem to want to lower 25%. I have good muscle definition right now. But I want a little bit more. especially in the Legs and calfs. I took clenbuterol but that did nothing for me. Anything that anyone can give me advice for would be really appreciated. inject or pills? how many dosages? what kind of roids? that kind of stuff. I dont remember the ones I took last year. But I'm just taking advice for now because everyone is telling me different things. which brand and mgs should I take?
 
I don't really know how extreme you want to get with gear, but most of the fitness and figure girls I "work" with use anavar 5-10mg a day, with very satisfying results. Cycle it at 5mg/ed for 6wks would be a good starter. QV makes solid 5mg anavar pills.
