I'm 47 years old, 5 ft 10. Been lifting consitent last 5 years. I weigh 212 right now. I know and understand intensity and live by it in my work outs. Ive done several pro hormone cycles and am currently in week 8 of pinning 600mg test e. Is like you guys to comment on why I'm not gaining weight. I am Absolutly gaining muscle mass, strenghth is way up, got acne, and had onset of gyno which got under control with aromasin. Stable now at 12.5mg e.o.d. pinning 2xw. So I know my gear is good. Guys, I'm eating aprox 4600 cals. 75gr fat, 440 gr carbs 500 pro, only processed food is torrent post w.o, then two or 3 white bagles an hour later. Protein powder 2xd. Lots of chicken and cube steak, rice, oatmeal and sweet potatoes. I weigh my food and record, no guessing. Ok, here it is. I can't force down more! Not consistantly. Can you guys tell me if its the test super sonicing my metabolim, with the fact of adding muscle? Maybe I'm close to genitic potential so I won't see radacle gains? I mean I've heard of guys gaining 30 lbs on 1st run. By the way I'm blasting and cruising from here on out. Is like insight guys. Do I need to add 10 more bagles? I Apreciate you time and replies.
