so i have read a lot on this site and many other sites but still have a lot of questions?
I am 29 6'1 and currently 182 pounds.
I been working out for about 4 years now. 4-5 days a week. I do mix of back and chest and arms and shoulders and every other day abs. also one day of running or biking. my diet is good but after reading many post on here it needs improvement. so to my main question.
wk 1-10 test e 250ml every 4 days
wk 1-5 dbol 25 mg everyday
a lot of people say keep it simple and that's what i am trying to do. So should i just start my cycle and if i start getting bacne and moobs worry then or should i purchase something and start taking it right of the bat. I also don't want to lose my nuts. I don't want to take extra shit if i don't have to. Any help would be much appreciated
