Im a 26 year old bloke and have been gyming for about 4 years now. Ive recently gone bk after a broken wrist which stopped me from training for a good while (i ran a marathon instead as i couldn't weight train).
Im looking to pack on a little size and generally get a bit more defined and have been doing some research into anavar. Please don't jump straight on my case about going for injectables as i just dont think its for me, im not nearly knowlegeable enough nor have a reliable source or friend to help me with such a cycle.
as i say im 26, weigh 86kg and am 6'3". although in shape and pretty physically fit, i dont look all that in a t-shirt, and let admit it thats what we all gym it for a little bit! lol.
my diet at the moment (since i have been bk in the gym) is as follows
7am: 5 whole eggs, 2 slices brown toast, and a granola bar
10am: 2 rounds of tuna sarnies brown bread. protein shake
1pm: Pasta and sauce or rice rissoto and chicken breast
3pm: protein shake, oats bar or nuts.
7pm: meat dinner usauly with potatoes or past or rice
9pm: protein shake.
Im a plasterer so my job is very active. is this enough food? it works to about 3200cals and about 220g protein.
i was thinking 50mg a day to start and maybe rampng up to 100mg a day in the final 3 weeks (6weeks total)
wasnt going to bother with post cycle therapy (pct) unless i feel any bad effects as ive heard this steriod is about as mild as they come and theres little to nothing to worry about on these sort of doses.
hope you lads can help out as my gym is a bit clicky and unless your totally ripped and in with them down there, then they dont really want to know.
