Newbie... Go easy.

Hi,
Im a 26 year old bloke and have been gyming for about 4 years now. Ive recently gone bk after a broken wrist which stopped me from training for a good while (i ran a marathon instead as i couldn't weight train).
Im looking to pack on a little size and generally get a bit more defined and have been doing some research into anavar. Please don't jump straight on my case about going for injectables as i just dont think its for me, im not nearly knowlegeable enough nor have a reliable source or friend to help me with such a cycle.

as i say im 26, weigh 86kg and am 6'3". although in shape and pretty physically fit, i dont look all that in a t-shirt, and let admit it thats what we all gym it for a little bit! lol.

my diet at the moment (since i have been bk in the gym) is as follows

7am: 5 whole eggs, 2 slices brown toast, and a granola bar
10am: 2 rounds of tuna sarnies brown bread. protein shake
1pm: Pasta and sauce or rice rissoto and chicken breast
3pm: protein shake, oats bar or nuts.
7pm: meat dinner usauly with potatoes or past or rice
9pm: protein shake.

Im a plasterer so my job is very active. is this enough food? it works to about 3200cals and about 220g protein.

i was thinking 50mg a day to start and maybe rampng up to 100mg a day in the final 3 weeks (6weeks total)
wasnt going to bother with post cycle therapy (pct) unless i feel any bad effects as ive heard this steriod is about as mild as they come and theres little to nothing to worry about on these sort of doses.
hope you lads can help out as my gym is a bit clicky and unless your totally ripped and in with them down there, then they dont really want to know.
if you need any more details in order to point me in the right direction please ask away,

220g of protein for a natural is good, but since ur juicing id increase it alot more, id go for like 350-400, orals is not advised for first cycle, if u can get anavar you can get test, man up and do test, why wouldn't u do post cycle therapy (pct), i think you need more research...... without post cycle therapy (pct) like 99% of everything you gained will be gone....
 
Ive read that post cycle therapy (pct) is not necessary with fairly low doses of anavar. but i will gladly stand corrected. what would you recommend and for how long.
Its not a case of 'manning up' mate im just not experienced with that sort of drug and im not sure im looking for those sort of gains. I know alot of the serious users on here would label me a gym rat and that if your not going to do i right then dont bother, but im just looking for a bit of informed advice on how to improve my physique and look a bit more buff for the Mrs. I have an incredibly high motabalism (i can eat shit and not gain a pound) and a very active job and im just looking for the right thing to push me in the direction i need to be.
Ive been reading into these sarms but again its an area im not to clued up on can some one shed some light on that also?

As Dadawg's signature states, "Var only cycles are for those with a vagina". Do yourself a favor and read all the stickies at the top of this forum before you take a gamble on messing up your body permanently. Saying that injectables are "not for you" screams to me that you haven't done your homework yet or that you're really afraid of needles (they're not that bad - really).

While anavar does not aromatize, it DOES suppress your natural testosterone production and has the ability to increase prolactin levels. If you have suppressed natural testosterone, you're simply wasting your money on the drug. This is why it is important to use it with a base of test and to carry out a post cycle therapy (pct) to help bring back your natural production.

You NEED Test in a cycle..and you NEED a post cycle therapy (pct) for EVERY cycle...

That being said, a Anavar (var) only cycle, is pretty much worthless from many different standpoints and I would be willing to bet that you'll be worse off than when you started if you do a Anavar (var) only cycle...unless you have a vagina( Anavar (var) only is good for chicks)
 
Id read some of the first cycle stickies and start leaning towards the mindset of a simple yet extremely effective testosterone cycle.
 
Forget the var. do a 500mg test E (2x250mg on Mon. and Thurs.) for 12-14 wks. Save the orals to stack with Test in your 2nd or 3rd cycle. My first cycle I gained 3" chest, 2.25" arms, and 3" legs. Eat lots of clean food too.
