Long time lurker, first time question:
I've been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for about 5 months. After several false starts (gels) that didn't work or made me break out, I'm currently on .50 of test cyp every four days. I also take .15 of liquidex the day after each injection. My last labs reported total test at 794 (up from 124 a few months ago.) It took about two months for me to begin feeling better (which I certainly do now), and another month to get some of my libido back (it's still not 100%, but much better.) My major problem now is that I have little sensitivity during sex now, and orgasm is quite difficult and non-spectacular. Is this a common thing with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or should I look elsewhere (I do have some thyroid issues.)
Thanks for all the help you provide to all of us dudes out there.

What's was your E2 on the last blood test? Shbg? Is hcg part of the Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) program?

lol that is not really a bad problem to have. The opposite problem is a lot worse. Let me guess you are on other meds like an SSRI.

E2, Shgb was normal (I'd quote the numbers, but I'm late for work.) No HGC.
The only thing I take is one baby aspirin a day. It's frustrating for me and GF (who arrives much faster than I do.)
Sounds like this is not a normal part of TRT. I guess I'll have to talk to GP.
Thanks!

I wouldn't say it's normal. Take the amino acid histidine like 1 hour before sex...like a gram of it. And I bet you'll bust a nut quite fast.
