With my current diet app 3500-4500cal. A day, I just came back from a fantastic fishing trip where I brought back 60+lbs of black and yellow fin tuna. I love eating this stuff and I do so raw. I would like to add this to my daily foods, mainly for snacks. What do you think. I know some of you say that is sick s$&@t but it does have a lot of protien also
 
Yes! Fish is an excellent source of protein and omega 3 fatty acids.

Eat fish until the cows come home (no pun).
 
no way dude not sick at all. if most people understood the flavor of tuna raw or just the out side brushed with heat then would never go back to the dried out over cooked crap.
great for the diet.
