Well Im new at forums and I'm not sure if I'm doing this right? But I'm 6'9 450lbs and I carry it very well but it's time to get back into shape!!! So I'd like to find out what kinda cycle I need to do to make that happen. I have been working out and on a low carb diet for about a month, but I'd like to find something that cuts weight and adds lean muscle. A friend told me about Alvin website but it dosn't have much info on there and I don't have a clue as to what to buy. And also I am sketched out about slamming stuff! But I'll do what I gotta. Also I'm on blood pressure meds and a heart beat med. Should I still be ok, cause I figured that people exaggerate the bad side affects. Any help would be awesome, sorry for writing this long ass book.
