Newbie needs help

to start off let me say hello to everyone on the board.

my current stats are:
29 yrs old
224 lbs
6'0"
bf 20% ( guessing)

im running the following gear:

1 ml tren a EOD
1ml test prop EOD
1ml proviron ED

***would like to run clens but cant seem to find anyone with any****

my diet is as follows:

meal 1
5 egg whites 1 whole egg turkey and multi grain bread

meal 2
protein shake w/ banana

meal 3
grilled chicken w/ salad mix and little balsamic

meal 4
tuna (raw)

meal 5
5 egg whites

meal 6
grilled chicken with veggies and side of brown rice

workout schedule as follows:

mon -chest
tuesday -back
wed- legs
thurs- shoulders
fri- bi's and tri's

sat and sun is for cardio and abs

i am currently working out in the evening but getting up at 6 am to do cardio everymorning for 45 min.

my goal is to lose the gut and some chubbiness off my face while getting lean mass. im not a body builder but i do wanna have a nice physique. I was told that cardio everyday is a no no! and im kinda confused after reading the forums that i should be eating like a fat slob to get big but then i read that i shoudl be dieting. its a little confusing. any help would be appreciated

so far i feel just bloated and even fatter ive been on my cycle for 1 week, but i was running hgh for 4 weeks before i started my cycle to let it build up in my system. i just feel fatter so i wanna make sure this is the way to go.
