Newbie question about pure form sust...

A buddy of mine just picked up some pure Sustanon (sust) and deca. It came in a white plastic bottle and is in oil form. At this point, we're not really sure what to do with it. The guy he got it from said it needs to be filtered, and said something about it being 50mg??? It was ordered from europe over the i-net. Sorry if this is a little vague, but this is all the info I have. Just trying to find out a little more info on this. Any input or help would be greatly appreciated.
