Newbie... with Anavar question... ( yes, another one :/ )

Hi guys, This is my fist time actually joining a forum and obviously first time posting… please don’t tear me a new one. So I have read numerous forums and threads on Ana Anavar (var) today and still can’t seem to find an answer to the diet question. Let me give a little bkg on my lifestyle, which may help someone answer my question. I am 31/f, weigh about 127-129 ,5’6 tall. I am between an ectomorphic and a mesomorphic build. I started becoming very active when I was 15yrs old with martial arts and the local gym, 2 hours a day 5 days a week. The past 2 years I have shifted over to weight lifting for strength and crossfit for the cardio. I have always believed in a good diet and supplementing with protein shakes and the norm vit & min. I feel like I have reached a plateau and I decided I am going to begin my first “cycle” of ana Anavar (var) (not sure it’s called a cycle). In the past year my weight training has improved but VERY slowly. I am looking for gains. My current numbers at the bar are: Clean – 140, Snatch – 90, Front squat -150, Backsquat -190 (terrible), Deadlift – 190 (terrible). I really want to improve my numbers by at least 15-20% and I figured I could try ana Anavar (var) . I work out 2 times a day (m-f) and once on Saturdays. I eat pretty clean, but I don’t feel like I eat enough. Recently in the past 2 weeks I began to adjust my diet (eat more) to include the following on a typical day:
8:00- Protein shake after gym
8:30- 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg
9:30- Natural oatmeal w/milk and fruit
12:00 – Chicken breast/or steak w veggies
2:30- Oatmeal, berries, almond butter
5:00- Chicken breast/or steak w veggies (sweet potato)
7:00- workout
8:00- Protein shake
9:30 – fish / salad

My question is…. Based on what I am currently doing do I need to implement anything else into my daily regimen along with ana Anavar (var) ? Not sure if some ppl supplement with specific vitamins and minerals for liver support… etc. Is my diet ok? I tend not to eat grains (Paleoish diet for the most part), is that bad? Starting with 5mg of Anavar (var) first 10 days then 10 mg following…

Sorry for the info overload, but I have noticed the questions ppl ask before they give advice out so I am trying to cover all grounds beforehand. I really appreciate your comments.

my girlfriends just finishing a cycle of ana Anavar (var) where she ended up going to 15 mg a day. the only thing i would recommend you do is add in milk thistle or liv 52 for the added stress on your liver and fish oils and glucosamine for your joints and ligaments. now that being said ana Anavar (var) is known to increase collagen synthesis which means your ligaments should be protected so just to be safe at least take fish oil as you will be lifting heavier by week 4 which will increase stress on your joints.
