Hi everyone***8230;I am trying to get back into the groove of things. I used to be in pretty good shape before I broke my leg 6 years ago and ended up with nerve damage. I cannot squat real well and running is out of the question. I broke it again 7 months ago and now I am back to square 1. I have been on a clean diet for a couple weeks now and work out at least 4 times a week. I do shift work so it***8217;s really hard to get a good workout in but I am determined to get defined and stronger. I am 46 yrs old, 5***8217; 3***8221;, 136 lbs, and about 20% body fat. I am considering Anavar to get some definition and lose the body fat and get stronger. I have been lifting heavy. The problem I am having is what else can I do for my legs without re injuring myself? And I am not sure how to get the gear I need. I heard of a guy named Z? Please help..Thx

Welcome :)

I think you should focus on your diet, you say you've been eating good for the last 2 weeks, were you not eating this way before ?
A good diet & Cardio is what will help you get leaner...
Check out our diet forum, 3j has great diet infor there... here's the link http://www.steroidology.com/forum/diet-forum/153271-free-diet-advice-3j.html

Sorry to hear about your leg, I would consult with your doctor to make sure it's safe for you to do any leg excercises.

I wouldn't suggest you take anavar rigth now , Anavar does not actually reduce body-fat, AAS do not burn fat, they get you leaner by creating more muscle.. More muscle = less fat (when combined with a clean diet/Trainning).

Keep a log of what you're eating a good site foe this is (Fitday.com)& see what changes you can make there.

Good luck !
Stick around, there's great info on this board :)
