hi guys just wondering if you can help me i'm 26, 5'6 and my body fat is 11% i'm weighing 154lbs been training on and off for a few years but nothing seriouse i tried a test cyp only cycle earlier this year i gained some mass but not alot. i have just bought some test 450 it's 200mg of enth
150mg of cyp
100mg of prop
i was thinking 1ml every sun with 30mg of dbol a day any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
I would recommend..

1/2 ml on Monday
1/2 ml on Thursday

This will keep your levels more stable. Or E3D, but 2x a week should be sufficient.
