next cycle?

I am trying to decide on a future cycle to start in a month or so. I have both durabolin and anavar. My goal is to put on as much LBM as possible. Of course with minimal sides. My previous anavar use was at 10mg a day and it did harden me up nicely but I didnt really gain much. Im wondering if I went to 15 mg a day would I put on more weight? I would be interested to know how much some of you other ladies were able to gain on it. Im still undecided on the durabolin as to whether I will ever use it or not. If anyone has any experience with it, please let me know. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks, Chelsea
 
That durabolin - is it Nandpp or Deca??

As for gaining weight - what was your diet like? To gain LBM you have to eat quite a bit, gear or no gear. Anavar is really known more for stength gains than it is for lbm gains. It works by increasing protein synthesis so you can use it to bulk, but that means you have to EAT!!

Its nandrolone phenylpropinate (spelling???), not Deca. As for my diet, I certainly dont mind eating. I honestly cant remember what I was eating when I was taking the anavar but I do know that I posted it here to make sure. I just finished some primo depot about 3 or 4 weeks ago and expected better gains from that. Being more recent it is easier to provide you with my diet from that. I was basically eating a high protien, mod carb, low fat diet. For protien, I usually eat 4 chicken breasts, a protien drink (1 scoop with water), a can of tuna, a protien bar on a daily basis. I'll have some veggies, fruit, pasta, rice, or something with the chicken. Tuna is just tuna with canola mayo, celery, and onion. Carbs vary depending on what vegetables or sides I feel like eating. Im more than happy to eat. I do know Red Squirrel had given me a diet at one time and I followed that for a few weeks on my primo and was still disappointed in my gains. THanks , Chelsea
 
BTW, Im really more interested in sticking with the anavar for the next cycle. Im just concerned that I wont be able to gain much. The more I read, Im not liking the idea of durabolin. Apparently it can really mess with your progesterone levels and as some of you may know, I had terrible headaches coming off a primo and anavar cycle from hormonal imbalance. Im currently 5'6", 120 lbs, 10.2% BF. To take 15mg a day, will that increase my gain much to make it worth it? Thanks, CHelsea
 
like Faye your gains are going to come from the diet 95%. the var will help the other 5%. just as she said it speeds up protein synthesis. so get your diet dialed and you will have a succesful cycle. need help, let us know. and if it doesn't work we can tweek it as you go. everybody is different! good luck~
 
Yeah, if your worried about the progesterone rebound forget about the Nandpp.

If you were comfortable at 10mg per day of the anavar I'd say start at that dose again and then bump it up to 15 mg per day, if the sides get to be to much drop it back down to 10mg.

If RS helped you with your diet before have her help you again. She and Sonis are VERY knowledgable. Most of your gains will come from diet, and like Sonis said, if something isn't working for you it needs to be tweeked to get it right. Diet and training are the keys, Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) is only an aid.

Yeah, if you are 10% you need to up(big time) your caloric intake. As a male I carry 12% in the mass building phases, and that keeps my abs defined. The girls I train put on some serious mass and try to hold that weight for a while before dieting. A girl your size should make a final goal for a 12 month period and take steps to get there.

For instance:

End Goals: May 2005....5'6 135lbs 10% Bf

Cycle One: End weight 138...15%Bf(July 2004)

Cycle 2: End Weight 145...15% bf (December 2004)

Cycle 3: End weight 135...10% Bf(May 2005)

It is extrememly imoportant to set short and long term goals, not forgetting to factor in "on" weight and "off" weight.

For instance in one year I brought my"natural" weight from 225 to 245. But thatr required me to go up to 265 first.

Thanks, I would love to weigh 135 but I just cant seem to get there. Im trying to just eat all the time whether Im hungry or not. The problem seems to be that if you are eating healthy, it is soooo much food. It would be really hard to eat more unless I incorporate some junk or fast food to up the calories. Any suggestions????
