Hey guys just a little update 26lbs of a gain in 7 wks...so this is to all you guys out there just running one thing...I made great gains so far a l;ittle bit is water retention but I still have time to start my toning. Here are the compounds I ran any critiques is awesome with me and ill have proof of this gain up tommorow sorry its not up right know.
Test Enan. 500mgs/wk
prop. 100mgs eod
equipoise 400mgs/wk
Nolvadex 20
****protein 400grams/ed carbs 500grams/ed fats a little high total caloric intake is around 5 thousand ed if that sounds right
So far I feel good 174 to 200 bf ? will let you know tomm. 5'10" 21yrs old...I think thats all any questions just ask any critiquing will be appreciated as like most I am here to learn.
 
impressive gains bro keep it up and keep us posted... how many cycles have u done before, 26ibs in 7 weeks is nice
 
those results are great. how long are you running the cycle? also how are the sides so far at about 800mg test? i rean 1g over the summer and broke out like a mofo. My worst sides out of 6 cycles.

mr. Ilovetren ive done three cycles before this and Ron I am running for about twelve weeks and the 800mgs per week of test are just fine for me i dont need more than that for know no acne at all really.
 
man guys I may have messed up big time.....First cycle and didnt do my research like I should of. Im three weeks in stacking Eq and test enanthate. First two weeks I ran 100mg of eq/ and 250mg of test every 3 days. After 2 weeks I bumped to 200mg eq/ and 250mg test every three days. Ive learned, being my first cycle and all I should of just cycled test and saved the eq for my next cycle. Im getting worried now. Can I just cut the Eq three weeks in and stay with the test or am I at a point of no return? Im 6' 5" 180 21 years old. Ive been trying to stick to my diet best I can 4 to 5 thou calories a day and for every pound I weigh/ a gram of protein ect. Some days I just dont have a appetite and I have to litterally force feed myself. Ive gained very little weight maybe 5 pounds. Im working out every other day. 3 sets of 6 to 8 reps heavy weight. I hope Im not wasting anyones time here guys. Really would appreciate a little help. Let me know what you think. Thanks for your time
 
Congrats! Everything sounds great! Hope ur bone plates are closed though. You are 21 and on the younger side ya know.
