if your off cycle and just have gynoe and blood levels are now normal then no AI, just serm. IMO

What do u think guys of adding a mild estrogen metaboliser like DIM?
I guess it should lower the estrogen little bit , without crashing E

There is no way in hell DIM will crash e2... If an AI was going to be run alongside a SERM to treat gyno off cycle I would go with low dose exemstane+Raloxifene and if believed or suspected to be prolactin gyno then include Pramipexole.
