Nicked a vein?

I injected 200 mg of cypionate earlier and about 30 seconds after felt a little bit weird. I sat down and prepared for the worst, but all that really happened was a slight tightness in my chest and a bit of painful breathing. Nothing at all like what's explained in those who actually inject into a vein. I did aspirate and all was good there, so I'm thinking I just nicked a vein on the way in and had some of the oil get back up into it?

maybe but cud be one of 1000 things, if it persists seek medical advice instantly mate, tightness of the chest could be loads ot things, best be safe buddy.

Thanks, it went away luckily after a few minutes. I'm contributing it to the oil because it happened so suddenly after the injection.

If i nick a vein my chest gets tight and I cough like a SOB. Also if I run "gear" with high EO content it does the same thing.
