Night shift & wt loss cycle?

Hi there- I've recently gained some weight working the night shift . I usually eat salads with Tuna or grilled chicken.. An occasional ramen noodle.. But I drink a lot of coffee and red bull. I've had little to no energy on my days off.
I work four twelve hour shifts with three days
Off-
Rotating in no particular. Order- my question is,
I want to start anavar and clen- how do I cycle working a night shift and days off?
I haven't gotten an eating schedule down yet bc I usually only eat two meals now. I end up sleeping all day and then going right to work where I eat my first meal at midnight.. Then again at like 4 am and then I go home and sleep at 8 am- 530 pm.. On my days off I either sleep to much or not at all.

I'd like to lose about twenty to thirty lbs,
Doing cardio, eating clean and light weights. I did HCG
Diet before and it worked great for me but I can't figure out the eating and supplement cycle with my schedule .
Any ideas? I do have pics btw.
 
What are your current stats? I don't recommend clen unless you're at an already low bf %.

As long as you make sure you sleep for atleast 8 hours and maintain a clean diet you shouldn't have too many issues. I'd cut out the red bull and coffee personally, try some green tea. Also, I'd replace the ramen noodles with something healthier, such as Greek Yogurt or Cottage Cheese. Get your meal plan down first before you resort to thermogenics.
 
Stop right there bud. Fill us in on type of diet, cardio,lifting etc. I can tell you that I was a fat kid on second shift and just diet and cardio made me go from 280 to 220 in 2 months. Quite unhealthy for the amount but you can get there before Anavar (var) and clen.
 
Think "baby steps" if you can't give up your caffeine addiction. Morning preworkout n2kts and cardio made me last till midnight without monsters.

I'm 5"5 158lbs but I carry it well. When I got down to 145 last year people told me I looked anorexic . I'm normal. I used to squat 240 in college when I was at 130 and tiny lol. I just wanna look fit and tone now. I like my curves.
My cardio is going to be spin class once or twice a day 4-5 days a week.. Light weights. Squats lunges that kind of toning thing. I love adrenaline pumping cardio- yoga is just not for me. When I diet it's usually no sugars no oils no butters.. Just grilled chicken, steak, tuna,
Salad with lemon or red vinegar. Asparagus, unsweetened ice tea, green tea and stevia if I need sugar. One cheat day.
It's pretty monotonous but I wanna lose this quick- then work on maintaining.
My problem is if I work nights do I take the Anavar (var) at ten pm- eat, work then work out at 9 am and go to sleep for my 8 hours?
 
Id say you need to sort out your schedule and eating habits before you do anything else.

Start with making sure you eat atleast 6 small meals a day.keep that metabolism going.
Then once thats all good figurr out your maintenance calories and do a calorie deficit diet.
.after that id get an over the counter fat burner or eca stack...last resort imo is oral steriods.

Oh and workout intense...add steady state cardio at end
