You just need to get the nikes wide. I have a wide foot too. THe nikes offer very little support. They are support FREE. Hence the FREE

I checked out the Adidas Clima cool ride, and I'm leaning towards those so far. Very light, flexible and breathable. perfect for running.
I also checked out the nike lunarglide+2, they seemed very comfy too.
I met have to go across town to find some nike free runs, as only womens were in stock.
Forgot all about those five finger shoes, but I could bet stubbing your toes in them bad boyz would sting.
edit* and the adidas clima cool oscilate was another comfy, light shoe..might get that one too for the gym.

It turns out neither one of those thoses are really for me. They are pretty much for people who have perfect feet. I need a shoe with more support such as Asics, Brooks, Mizuno or New balance to run in because of my shin splints. I went to the podiatrist and they sent me to a running shoe specialty store and the Asics they gave me worked great. No more shin splints. Now if I can only stick with the running...

I checked out a nike free today that looked like it would fall apart...maybe it was just the color combination I have no clue..I'm not sure which of the free series it was.
But the free run +2 I found was comfy and lite..but I think I'm going to go ahead and get the adidas.

New Balance are pretty cool too.
Ecco are my favorite for business casual shoes - the leather everything fits like a glove.
The sizes are European so it's like a size 90 something
I've never tried the tennis shoes or running shoes - I bet their nice though!
i just got a bass pro shops cataloge and they have Ecco sandals in it, they look not bad.

It looks like the closest one to me is Orlando - we plan on going there this year - I would think it's pretty close to Disney.
