Hello everyone I am 20 y old, bout to hit 21 soon
I haven't took anything in the past. Nipples get puffy randomly(mostly at night) sometimes one gets puffier than the other and they seem to be outta control. They are not sensitive, just puffy.I've been trying not to eat dairy for the last month and it seems that it's getting better but i cant eat oats all the time(i just cant).I've read that this could be cause of high e2 or other hormonal imbalances.Blood test for 1 hormone (eg e2)costs roughly 1/11 of my monthly salary. other hormonal imbalances <--- which hormones should be checked? . I can get pharma grade tamoxifen citrate. With all that being said the question is: Should I do those expensive tests or just get tamoxifen and go by feel?(since im not coming off of cycle or anything like that)
pics of normal nipples (different lights, angles)

pics of puffy nipples (they used to be much puffier than this, almost looked like legit gyno kinda reduced without dairy)

Ik i look like shit, i haven't lifted for a year almost (I've been training for 1 year than snap city happened:() , still recovering.Focus on nipples and potential gyno ,please.

Puffy nipples are not gynecomastia. Gyno is when you have lumps of breast tissue forming underneath /behind the nipples.

But will nolva help with my condition? Do i have to worry about something getting shut down/damaged?And since nolva is SERM i guess if i do blood test it wont show any change in e2 cause test still gets converted to estro right?

Have you ever thought about drastically lowering your BF% through diet and exercise first, then evaluating your 'nipple condition' after that ? high BF% contributes to testosterones conversion into estrogen; get that fixed first before jumping on a drug.
just a thought

I have no idea. SERMs are used to treat gyno, not puffy nipples. Maybe try wearing a soft cotton. Undershirt.

SERMs will affect your blood work. It would result in higher testosterone levels which in turn would result in more atom and thus more estrogen. So it would likely increase your E2.

I just see water retention and body fat OP. The only form of gyno you have is pseudogynecomastia. Fix your diet, train hard, and I bet your nipples will no longer be a cause of concern for you. :)

I cant train right now i said that in the end of my post, I damaged my brachial plexus,my arm was getting tight, numb, sharp pain, waking up and not being able to move my fingers, couldn't hold paper, I would drop it after 5 min, touch was different, I psyched out thinking I lost my arm, than on top of that i started to get sharp pain everywhere around my body, muscles started to twitch randomly, I was feeling pressure in the veins around my temples. Now it seems to get better, my arm seems normal, strength and size same like my other arm, grip strength and sense of touch came back but still occasionally gets tight. Hopefully it gets ok so i can start working out again.
I posted this cause even when i was at around 15%(visible 6 pack)my nipples went puffy sometimes (much much much more puffier than in this pics). As i said this is with not eating dairy for around a month.

Does your ability to grip prevent you from training legs or even doing low impact steady state cardio? Some men just store more fat in the chest than others, so going by abdominal fat isn't really an accurate way to gauge things.

Reducing dairy will really only change things if you're lactose intolerant. Even then, the bloat that comes from that is mostly situated in the abdomen. I would honestly put your body fat closer to 25% if those pics are recent too. Please don't take offense, I'm not judging you, just trying to offer constructive criticism and advice. :)

Those pics are 3 days old and I know my bf is high, I havent trained for a year and eating crap all the time while sitting my ass 24/7. And gym is the last thing that came to mind when u get constant pain/tightness/numbness, literally i couldn't sleep/sit/lie/stand, it killed me mentally. Dairy has been linked with estrogen

And just to clear confusions with my previous post. I said i was 15% bf year ago when i was training and eating better and still had bigger nipples than what u see in these pics at 25%

Stupid question but does that mean if i take tamoxifen with normal level of e2 after i stop taking it I could get real gyno cause of the elevated e2? or it wont be anything significant to make a difference?

Once you stop taking Tamoxifen your levels would return to normal. Estrogen has a half life - it doesn't stay in your body forever.

Okay I know I'm starting to get annoying, but i just read all this threads of people getting estrogen rebound after pct(SERMs),others saying that you need to take an AI to combat the circulating e2. Is this bullshit? Where are they getting this wrong? Is it cause they are unaware of the half life of estrogen so they put blame on SERMs and actually they had fucked up with something else?

I personally think "estrogen rebound" gets greatly exaggerated. But estrogen rebound is typically used in reference to discontinuing the use of a non-suicidal type Aromatase Inhibitor.

Thanks man, I prolly need to get a blood test first. Since it is recommended to get ultra sensitive assay and the nurse had no idea what I was talking about:wallbash:, their site says
ESTRADIOL (ECLIA) will this do

You want LC/MS/MS. That is the most accurate.

u said your only 20. there are cycles, non-anabolic compounds you can run like rolaxifene and make sure you target lower chest and just chest in general

I went through two surgeries last year. I took off exactly three weeks TOTAL from the gym. I know all about recovery and how difficult it can be to cope with injuries while trying to stay active. My point being that, where there's a will, there's a way. ;)

The first study shows anecdotal correlation between genetically modified milk consumption from ovulating cows and mild endocrinological responses in humans. Unfortunately, correlation does not equate to causation, and many of these studies have been disproven. However, I don't personally consume dairy milk as I prefer to obtain calories from other sources, and I've become lactose intolerant.

The second study just gives a breakdown of hormone concentrations in different mammary expressed milk. Consuming a hormone does not make it active in you whatsoever. This is why oral steroids are methylated; so they can survive our digestive process to become active. :)

Haha, then it must have been something that always works no matter whats the problem, placebo.
also a little bit offtopic I started taking Propranolol( started taking it cause of anxiety and being able to take every situation to the new level of awkwardness and :redhot:achieve redder color than the last blushing:redhot:) ,my limbs stopped getting electrified, cramps got reduced as well, i did 20 knee push ups the other day didnt want to do regular ones scared not to fuck up something, slowly getting back on track.

Just keep at it nice and slow. Baby steps are the way to win this race - towards recovery. :)
