I've been working out 5-6 days a week since about August, and I've noticed considerable gains in most areas except for my biceps. I started out really small, and have gone from 135 pounds to about 163 (which seems to be peaking out too). My biceps went from 12" to 13.5", but I can't seem to get them any bigger. I know my routine isn't covering enough bicep excercises.
For biceps all I really do is preacher curls (3 sets, 10 reps), and hammer curls (same). What else should I be throwing in there?
My current workout consists of:
- Day one: Bis,Tris,Shoulders
- Day two: Chest,Back
- Day three: Legs
I rotate these, so I get each done almost twice a week. I was thinking about switching up some stuff because I've been in the same routine for so long my body feels like its used to it.
In the meantime, what can anyone suggest for to help grow my biceps? Thanks.
