i dont know how the fuck you guys do it. i cut my carbs big time last monday they were already pretty low. by the middle of the week i was dead on my feet. i have been taking in carbs before and after training but they are very minimum at best.

been using the keto sticks. dark purple this morning. i took in some carbs and went and had a great leg workout. i have dropped over 5 pounds this past week but feel like shit. to much to fast imo.

i have been thinking about carbing up every 3rd or 4th day. what do you think?

the days i dont carb up i will be taking in pre and post workout carbs but not much else.

i took the time to look in the mirror at the gym today and i can see it coming. i am very pleased so far and my motivation is higher than it ever has been.

i just dont want to fuck it up . too few carbs is wiping me out and i am afraid of losing hard earned muscle. so i need to find a happy medium

any pointers would be appreciated

thanks house

You could probably carb up every fourth day, bit IMO, every third day would not allow your body to enter ketosis. you COULD get away with every fourth day if your training was intense enough, if you did our cardio, and also take some vanadyl sulfate before bed. The VS acts as an insulin mimicker and helps lower your blood glucose levels. Just wondering with pre-and post-carbs, how many total carbs your taking in? With such a difference in our body weights, I don't know how much I can help ya, but every fourth day has been working very well for me. I've been under 50 g carbs per day for the three depletion days, then my loading day, and then moderate carbs (between 50-100 g) for the remaining three days. So, in actuality, you're only hurting for three days out of seven. Not bad for being on a diet!! Also, thermogenics are helping me as well. Good luck, bro.

thanks guys.

stang i am taking in 25 grams before 25 after workout. might bump that up to 40 before 40 after.

i am finding out 50 grams of carbs are not enough for me.

natty, can i just run slin post workout? or will that promote weight gain

slin will defineately promote weight gain and more then likely excessive fat gain...not something u want i think...i would stick with R-ALA like glucorell-r from AF store.
