How so? I believe AI's increase LH via negative feed back loop which on TRT would be of no benefit. I have always used an AI, LH/FSH has always come back as undetectable on all my labs.
Arimidex (anastrozole) is one of several drugs used to combat estrogen related problems in both men and women.
