No shrinkage since being on trt

When I started reading up on trt over 9 months ago, something I kept hearing was that on trt, one must take hcg if one doesn't want balls the size of raisins. People were adamant that only by taking hcg, would my boys remain normal.

Well, I've been on trt for almost the last 9 months, I've been on test alone for about the first 4 months. And then test and anastrozole. And my balls haven't shrunk. Is it safe to say that they probably won't shrink? Or is 9 months not enough time to know for sure?

Are you sure they have not shrunk? It is a gradual process so it can be hard to notice until one day you realize they are half the size they used to be.

I've been on blast and cruise and have no shrunken either at least not to my knowledge

How long does it take a year?
I'm coming up on 9 months and I don't notice anything but them again I don't sit there and measure my balls

Yes I'm sure. If they're smaller, they haven't shrunk enough for me to notice. It was something I've been watching since the beginning, because I thought it was definitely going to happen.

I asked my wife, and she said they're no different than they've ever been since we've been together(20 years).

I've been on for 9 months and testicle size hasn't shrunk much at all, even when I came off for a short time by the end of 50mg Clomid daily they hadn't grown by much at all, if anything at all.

Some blokes from what I have read get shrinkage hard and fast, some don't experience for a long time.

I will be adding hCG (400iu a week, nothing major at all) to my TRT protocol at some point this year though, one for size as they certainly will shrink eventually and two, the biggest one, to keep my fertility.

I've been on TRT for about 6 months now and I have noticeable a considerable shrinkage... I'd say they are about two thirds the size they used to be, and seem to have drawn in a lot closer to the body...

I too will be adding HCG to my TRT protocol once my doc has finalised it.

I might have shrunk a TAD bit... I don't think I have shrunk though. I think it's just my sack don't hang like it used to... More snug to the body.

keep in mind if u use a AI while on TRT, it still acts activates a very small pulse of LH/FSH secretion from your pituitary, albeit weak but beter than nothing. If you are on HCG shrinkage will slow down and can many times be a non issue for most TRT guys.

Not my wife. She notices everything!
For the last 20 years, nobody else besides my wife has felt my balls.

As important as one's balls are to men, most women don't notice them at all unless they are deformed or something.

As for your balls, you should try giving them a scratch once in a while. You can touch them too!

Trt has caused hair to grow on my stomach and back. I don't need hair on the palm of my hand too.:insane:

How so? I believe AI's increase LH via negative feed back loop which on TRT would be of no benefit. I have always used an AI, LH/FSH has always come back as undetectable on all my labs.

Arimidex (anastrozole) is one of several drugs used to combat estrogen related problems in both men and women. Estrogen reduction can be accomplished in several ways ***8211; by blocking it, by destroying it, by occupying existing estrogen receptors, by lowering sex hormone binding globulin which in turn prevents estrogen from forming, or, as is the case with Anastrozole, by preventing excess testosterone from aromatizing into estrogen in the first place.

ArimidexWhich method of estrogen reduction is preferable is dependant on several factors but for most bodybuilders, an anti aromatase is often the best choice and in this regard, Anastrozole works very well. It also has the additional, unique advantage of increasing ***8220;Free***8221; testosterone.

Arimidex also works well as an adjunct to Hormone Replacement Therapy. It keeps estrogen low thus preventing possible prostate enlargement while it helps to maintain some natural testosterone production even while taking an exogenous source of testosterone as well. Overall, not a bad deal.

There are several benefits to keeping estrogen in check, exclusive to the bodybuilder, most notably avoiding gynecomastia as well as the reduction of water retention and fat storage. For this reason anti e***8217;s are often overused to compensate for poor diet, faulty training and improper stacking of anabolics. Lowering estrogen too much can result in lowered libido, depression, bone loss, increased LDL, decreased HDL , impaired IGF-1 and even lessened muscle growth. So any anti-e drug should be used with discretion and caution, including Arimidex, even though the side effects tend to be mild in most cases.

Since Testosterone is usually a base drug for most any cycle, some estrogen management is advised and considering Anastrozole is quite potent, it doesn***8217;t take much to keep estrogen at the optimum level. Results vary but ¼ of a tab (1/4 mg) either every other day or even every 3 days is usually sufficient for most cycles where testosterone is less than 750 mgs a week ***8211; more Arimidex is needed if using additional aromatizing compounds like Dianabol -- less if using non aromatizing compounds like Anavar or Primobolan.

When checking estrogen levels with a blood test, the optimum level for both health and appearance should be between 10-20 ngs.

Arimidex is pretty mild on blood lipids and does not seem to impact libido the way other anti aromatases can. In fact, many men report a libido boost while using it.

Over the last few years, Arimidex has gained popularity as a Post Cycle Therapy drug. In the past SERMS, such as Clomid were the preferred choice, but Anastrozole is proving itself to be a worthy contender in aiding recovery through the inhibition of excess estrogen which may occur in the suppressed stages following a cycle. The use of HCG is recommended following a cycle and since it too can increase estrogen, Arimidex should be used in conjunction with that as well.

Anastrozole is relatively easy to find. Even many ***8220;life***8211;extension***8221; websites sell it - though they tend to charge far more than overseas on-line pharmacy***8217;s.
