Hi there, any advice apriciated.

I'm not a young guy, 61 and never done any weightlifting priviously. I'm a bit on the skinny side, 144lbs and 5" 6' Body fat looks like around 20+% from comparison to pictures I've seen of other guys.

As I'm getting older I'm losing strenth so would like to workout, get stronger and maybe look leaner with a bit of muscle, but nothing serious.

Would apriciate any comments concerning anything that might help me. Any type of advice would be much apriciated for an old tier like myself. :)

Welcome, but there aint no magic pill for this. your 5 6' and 144 pounds man and over 20% bf?!
You need to start a workout program, diet program, etc. and stay off gear for a good long while. You got to bring down your bf%.

Id contact 3J here to get you on track since you have never worked out before so you can do it the right way.
