Hi there, any advice apriciated.
I'm not a young guy, 61 and never done any weightlifting priviously. I'm a bit on the skinny side, 144lbs and 5" 6' Body fat looks like around 20+% from comparison to pictures I've seen of other guys.
As I'm getting older I'm losing strenth so would like to workout, get stronger and maybe look leaner with a bit of muscle, but nothing serious.

Would apriciate any comments concerning anything that might help me. Any type of advice would be much apriciated for an old tier like myself.
