nolva: drink or shoot?

my buddy just ordered some nolva for his post cycle therapy (pct) and i noticed it was in vial with a stop. not sure what to do about this, but he ordered it from pnp.com (liquidex). when i ordered mine it wasn't in a vial.

They sent it in a vial with a rubber stopper on top? I've only seem them with droppers or provided measuring dropper that was seperate, definitely oral.

it aint rubber. at least i dont think so. i'll have to look again but the cap didnt seem removeable.
