nolva during cycle

So I've read that taking nolva during cycle helps prevent gyno but I rarely see it mentioned on here everyone suggest a.I if gyno occurs but wouldn't one want to take something to help prevent it before it occurs? I have a book anabolic 10th edition that recommends nolva on cylce is this just an old way? I'm getting ready to do a test e cycle and want to know is nolva during cylce recommended from you guys and if so how much and how long? or just keep aromasin on hand if gyno occurs ? My post cycle therapy (pct) will be Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) blast ten days and clomid and nolva 4 wks

I prefer to save nolva for pct, and for an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) I like to run aromasin.

I will use 20mg Nolva for a couple days only if I get sore/itchy nipples. Stops it pretty quick.

I have read if you start getting tender itchy nipples nolva 20-40mg should be applied
and if your trying to get rid of it 40-80mg should be used daily. but id listen to cobra over myself..

Nolva is a serm, meaning it selectively competes with estro. It does nothing to lower estro levels, it simply blocks it at the receptor in breast tissue. That's the way it stops gyno. An Aromatase inhibitor (AI) will reduce the amount of estro so it is more useful.

Nolva will lower igf levels and you don't want that. People used nolva when AI's weren't readily avaliable. Typically when you get gyno, estro levels are elevated and you are susceptible to other estro side effects. Nolva won't help those side effects and will leave high levels of estro floating around.

Thanks for clarification I had planned on just using Aromatase inhibitor (AI) but wanted to ask since some things I've read suggest nolva during cylce ..btw check out the crock pot chicken recipe on the food section shit is dam good

I would go with aromasin, very very good with cycle, great for gyno and water weight.

quick question. im on my 2nd week with Test E but no gyno syptoms yet should i run Aromatase inhibitor (AI) now or wait for gyno side? and how much each day just in case gyno sides ?

just wait till you see signs....12.5mg/ed until end of post cycle therapy (pct) once you start

Depends if you have aromisin or adex
Aromisin 12.5 mg ED if having symptoms. EOD if no symptoms
Adex .5 ED. or .5 EOD

If u can get some Aromasin or if not just get some Adex and run it .5mg ed or eod. My adex comes in 1mg capsule form so i gota go 1mg EOD, but then again i am prone to gyno. Once you start feeling the itchyness start it right away! I usually run it till i start my SERM's
