Nolva on cycle VS waiting it out...

I have slight sensitivity in my nipples and theyre swollen a bit. I have some nolva which I was going to use for PCT. Whats your guys experience with using it ON cycle? Should I just wait till the cycles over or should I use it on cycle until it clears up? I'm asking this because I've heard it limits your gains if using while on...

If you are not confident you can manage your estradiol on cycle by using an aromatase inhibitor (i.e. not experienced enough to know what dosage to use) then I think it makes sense to use Tamoxifen or Raloxifene while on cycle. Think of it as an insurance policy against gyno. But you still need to use the AI on cycle as high estradiol is harmful in many ways in addition to gyno.

It will not affects gains. But it would be better to be able to manage estradiol with just an AI and not need the SERM as less medication is better than more IMHO.
