Nolvadex/clomid and arimidex?
I'm start my pct nolvadex 40-40-20-20 and clomid 100-100-50-50, I just got my hands on some arimidex and I did start to have small symptoms of gyno towards the end of my cycle , I read some study's saying arimidex with pct helps and other say it actually is worse, any thoughts
My cycle was enanthate 500wk 8weeks with a prop kick start 100 eod wks 1-4

you only ran test e for 8 weeks? oh man, the enanthate ester is a longer one, which means it breaks down in the body after a period of time, meaning it takes longer for it to build up and for you to really feel the test. Anyways since its to late thats for next time.

You really don't really need to do 100mg for 2 weeks of clomid. 50 will be fine. as for the adex, your gunna want to run .5mg eod for 2 weeks then cut that in half, so .25mg eod for the remainder of the cycle. This will prevent estro rebound. I prefer aromasin. but if thats what you have, its alright. Next time you may want to run adex throughout cycle. helps with bloating, which can re-leave bp.

It was originally planned for 10wks, but decided to do my first show so cut to 8 wks to give me enough time to recover before pre contest start. So something like this
Clomid 50-50-50-50
Arimidex .5-.5-.25-.25
Do I still need to run nolvadex 40-40-20-20?

yeah, you want to run the nolva as well. Why not do everything to make sure you recover 100%.

I heard liquid tamoxifen is a little under dose compare to nolvadex, is this true?
