Nolvadex IS NOT an AI, stop recommending it as one!

A lot of people recommend that nolva be kept on hand in case of gyno.....is that because it blocks the estrogen receptors in breast tissue right away immediately stopping the progression of gyno and aromatase inhibitors take longer to work?

Is nolvadex better if gyno develops or is a drug like arimidex or aromasin better?

Yes it is good to take if you start getting gyno symptoms because it blocks those receptors immediately... Arimidex only keeps your body from making more estrogen, it doesn't eliminate what's already in you system.

Correct me if im wrong, but, my understanding of nolva & Gyno is: if one develops gyno, one needs to start nolva? Whereas, Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is taken throughout a cycle to Prevent gyno and or bloating. Im correct, right?

Kinda... But if you are already taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) when you get gyno symptoms you need to start nolva, triple your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for a couple days then once symptoms are gone drop the nolva and continue Aromatase inhibitor (AI) at twice the dose you were taking to begin with...

I just skip the nolva and run really high on Aromatase inhibitor (AI) if I get symptoms then back down when they go away....
