just got liquid nolvadex (tamox) for my SERM just wnted to make sure it looks legit? does anyone have same bottle?

40/20/20/10 would be better. Some do 20/20/10/10, but that's assuming you know your body well enough to consider that an adequate dose.

I'd suggest getting endoamp max to help with cortisol control.

if doing hdrol would u go 20/20/10/10 on the nolvadex or go 40/20/20/10 ?
