Noob first post, A little under weight

Alright well I just found this site the other day, and I have been reading a lot before making a post. I have my own Forum so I know all about when noobs come into the boards, it can become very frustrating for the admins and other people ECT.

First off you guys have some great sticky’s on tons of info that I have been reading about.

My situation, I’m currently acquired some dbols from a friend that should last me about 3 months so he says. I’m completely new to all of this, so I’m trying to take in as much info as possible about all the different substances and key words around here.

I have a very fast metabolism and its extremely hard for me to gain weight, I’m currently 24 and weight 138lb 5’10 Small build I’m really under weight for my age and height. I would like to change all that around. My expectations are to go to about 165lb maybe 170lb, i have always been cut so to say but gaing more has always been my downfall.

I’m currently working on my eating habits trying to get them in order before I start any cycling.

My question is how reachable is my goal with the correct habits, before I start my first cycle should I try to just gain weight by eating and going to the gym daily and getting into a routine? Should I start taking some test during this time?

Try not to beat me up to much, still doing a ton of reading i need to do on here.

pretty foolish. you work till you reach dead-end. i'd say for your frame you can get to at least 175 very shortly with just lifestyle changes. then when everything's exhausted and you've reached your genetic limit, you jump into gear as a last resort.
evrything you gain from the d-bols will will probably go away within 6 weeks of stopping.
there's also an increased risk of injury. steroids build skeletal muscle but have no effect on connective tissue. while stronger on juice, your muscles will be able to go heavier, but if your tendons and ligaments aren't developed enough to support the weight, you're looking at a potential serious injury.

So its not even worth getting on dbols or test until i bulk up by just changing my eating habits and forming some good muscle first?

Are you kidding? Yes, work on your diet and your training first. You are talking about steriods, with the potential for serious side affects, not a multivitamin. Jack up your calories and get a serious routine going.

Thanks for the info, ya i did not read that one as i said before I'm still going though them all. I was not planning on just jumping in the gear, i have been going to the gym for the past few weeks and getting my eating in order, i cal already see a steady climb each week with just eating right and exercising and resting. I'm not sure i can get to 175lb but i will go as far as i can.

you underestimate what the right diet and training can do. probably because your body hasn't experienced it.

what's your current diet look like
 
Nothing to Huge, i skip a meal throughout the day because i just don't have time.

Morning will be 2 eggs toast and OJ
Lunch Grilled Chick Wrap
Dinner Some pasta and chicken.

I'm reviewing the Diet section of the forum and currently looking at my diet and seeing how poorly it is. I'm researching some weight gaining powders like n-large to make up for some lost meals and will be trying to eat more to make up.
 
i eat 3 meals in 5 hrs,,,,... u have to work it up there streach out your tummy bro .. u ever hear how anorexic peeps say they cant eat they feel full after like eg. 1 strawberry ?? ,, cuzz they are full.. tummy shrink the less u use it i waz forcing myself to eat 4 times aday now im scared how much im eating ,and runnin out of stuff to eat lol and thats only in 5 months of me starting my tru dedication now. and sayin u to busy NO excuse bring a pocket full of protienbars ther no bull .. u ether do or dont there not oo but this o but that. thats wut i found mysefl doing and i sead u know wut fuck this if ima do this ima DO IT right and in 5 months i see more diff then the years befor
im 175 5 7' 21yrs i wazz 155 pluse there waz alot more fat now i not chunky .. just dont give up u can do it but dont make things up as to why ucant,, cuzz u can.. my prob waz that and weed cuzz it make me lazy so i sead fuk it i want to be the big mofo that walkis into room and peeps like wtf..

i know i shoulda done al this befor i did my Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) but i didnt i did it at 155 but vargy lightly i didnt want to hert ma self i did just 100mgdeca a week "from a cool doc i know" for 9 week wit me eatin like a nut or tryin to and workoin out readin houres apon hours abotu workout and aas. but i waz only 5 7 ..

good luck.. u can do it i know it must SUCK to be skinny thank god i got a bulky build but i can imagine .

ps. this waz my exp when i came into this just case u wanted a read lol

and you're calling yourself a hard gainer? not to sound like a broken record but ditch the dbol you got and forget about drugs. you're training and diet is off. your goals of 175+ are attainable without drugs. and for argument's sake even with drugs you wouldn't reach your goals because your diet is off.

You can fit three double scoop protien shakes in a shaker and carry it around at work or school. Put some flax seed or olive oil in there to increase the calories.
 
yeh bro..like posted above, eat more, eat a lot more. shit, you probably shouldn't even be working as to not tax your body into using calories...jk But seriously, you need to eat a whole lot more, start out slow and don't try to force too much down to quick as it'll be counter-productive.

C'mon dude, my 8 yr old daughter's food intake is double this. Pack some food the night before and take it with you, don't stop eating.
 
no worries. and yes he needs to pack in the cals, especially protein. his current diet has less than 100 grams a day and that's assuming he's not missing a meal.

No offense bro, as you stated you're currently researching diet and supplementation, but that has to be one of the most pathetic bodybuilding diets I've ever seen. With that poor of a diet, you would gain hardly anything even from a heavy steroid cycle.

Like numerous others have already pointed out, you need to focus on eating like a bodybuilder. You could have the best training routine in the world and train like a maniac, but you'll never grow if you continue eating the way you are currently.

dude, whats your training experience? It doesnt sound like much. Im not going to talk about eating because it looks like the other guys have pretty much covered that. You need to take your Dbol and box it up for a few years and train naturally. Everyone thinks they need to take steroids to gain weight or get so called, "Big." You need to take few years and basically build a blueprint that is custom made for YOU in terms of exercise selections, volume of sets and reps, how often you should train, etc... You've simply got to KNOW your body; what excersies it does and does not respond to and what training routines work best for you. if you want to get bigger and put on some muscle and weight, well about 80% of it is outside the gym, in your diet. If you need help with your diet, post up your currrent diet and we will critique it for you. Trainingwise, for your larger bodyparts such as legs and chest, dont over train, simply do three to four excersies for four sets. For your smaller bodyparts such as tirceps and biceps, do two or three exercises for four sets each. *NOTE; also Id make sure that you use at least two heavy compound excersises per bodypart. i.e, barbell curls, bench presses, military presses, etc... train hard, get to know your body, diet properly....THEN when you've got all that down, bust out the d-bol if you choose too. Eventho your 1st cycle should be Test ONLY!

It must suck to be bulky...Thank god I got a skinny frame where all I have to do is put on the size and ill look better than most people. fucking juicy porkpig
